We believe this is because the idea that pets are members of the family has gained recognition not only among pet owners but also among the general public. Since our founding, our mission has been to help pet owners live happily and with peace of mind. We bring this vision to life through the pet shops where owners first encounter us, the veterinary clinics that support their pets’ health, the grooming services for everyday care, the pet hotels where pets are boarded during travel or outings, and our own factory in Japan which produces safe and reliable pet food.
We will continue to stand by pet owners, striving to further improve the quality of each service and enhance their satisfaction so that life with their pets is comfortable and worry-free.

Japan Pet Communications is dedicated to create a harmonious relationship that benefits both people and their pets.
To achieve this, our veterinary hospital group and pet shop group work to provide comprehensive support, while our Aqua Center, which has built a one-of-a-kind business model in the aquarium industry, develops pet-related services from a broad perspective.
Furthermore, based on our unique marketing approach, we have launched the veterinarian-branded “Vet’s Labo” in collaboration with our affiliated pet food manufacturer, TFB Factories Ltd. We offer products developed from a veterinarian’s perspective and manufactured in reliable factories in Japan to pet owners nationwide. While we import and sell products from overseas that veterinarians consider necessary, we also export “Vet’s Labo” brand products overseas. We see it as our mission to protect pet health not only through veterinary care, but also through the products we offer.
By strengthening and thoroughly implementing relationship management, we aim to become a pioneer in the pet industry and establish new business standards without being bound by conventional constraints. Our team of specialists dedicated to animal care continues to take on uncompromising challenges together.
